Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

Donations to Sree Dhatre Namaha are voluntary offerings and are used promptly for our spiritual and community activities. Once a donation is made, it generally cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2. Payments Made in Error

We will consider a refund in these cases:

• The same donation was charged more than once (a duplicate payment)
• A wrong amount was entered by mistake, for example ₹10,000 instead of ₹1,000
• Money was debited from your account but the payment failed

3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 7 days of the payment through our Contact page. Include:

• Your name
• Date and amount of the payment
• Transaction ID or UTR number, and a screenshot of the payment
• The reason for the refund request

4. Processing

After we verify your request, approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. The time for the money to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Failed Transactions

If money is debited but the payment fails, it is usually reversed automatically by your bank or UPI app within 5–7 working days. If it is not, please contact your bank and let us know.

6. Pooja and Seva Sponsorships

If a sponsored pooja or seva cannot be performed on the requested date, we will offer another date or, if you prefer, a refund.
